Any way around websense? (corporate blocking software)

What the topic says. A friend of mine works at a hotel that uses this on their pcs. So he's stopped from accessing lots of websites + using any ip to ip game we've tried. So, anyone have any experience getting around this software?
 
yeah remove the sites you want to access from the blocked sites list in websense

and add yourself to the web unrestricted group in your domain

then open up the ports you need for the IP to IP games on the router
