Free marlboro cigarettes?

A friend showed me this little tab on the bottom, under the paper, of a marlboro pack. She pointed out at the bottom of it that it said "WN-3". Which she said ment if you mailed the little tab to marlboro they would send you 3 free packs. This really spiked my interest, cause from what i have seen they are on the bottom of all the packs. So you could basically buy 1 pack, and never have to pay for them again.
My question is if anyone has ever heard of this? Or even tried it.
 
Yeah. It works. And, if you get the Indian Chief on a tootsie pop, you get a hummer from Alizee too.

I had one but opted for the lifetime supply of tootsie pops instead. Stupid ass candy company can't pull one over on me.
