Food storage question

A 1.19 pound piece of ground round was purchased on Saturday evening. The meat was refrigerated until Sunday, on which .5 pounds were seperated into two patties. Those were cooked and consumed with no sickness ensuing.

The left over meat was placed inside of two ziplock bags (double bagged) and was placed back into the refrigerator, not the freezer.

Now it is thursday evening, would it be safe to cook the remaining meat to "well done" and consume it?
