One that will tell me how much bandwidth a program is using.


im getting some sort of weird lag thing in games, i ping about 200+ constantly. But I don't seem to notice any sort of slowdowns browsing TW or anything like that :|
 
i have all those, but it's been about 2 months since my last scan.

it usually doesnt find anything, because i use opera / firefox :\
 
control alt del for task manager, go to networking. add the appropriate stats you want to see under View and also go to View->Select Columns and add in Bytes Received per pnterval and bytes sent per interval. Set the update speed to high and mulitply the numbers you see by 2 to get the number of bytes per second being sent/recved.

If nothing's using up your bandwidth while you're idle, it's not using it up while you're playing tribes.
 
i see the spikes in task manager's networking tab, but i need to know which programs are causing them
