soundcard troubles

or vid card? i dont know. whenever i do something like scroll down on a webpage i get little static noises in my headphones. clicking links does it as well, and so do things like watching a progress bar move etc. i tried muting all channels and the only one that makes it go away is the master volume. i have a creative labs SB live (i think that's what it's called i lost the box) and a rad9800pro AIW. any ideas ?
 
honestly i dont really know, but i believe it changed when i put the soundcard in (until then i used a different computer for music so i might not have noticed it before)
 
Try putting the card in a different PCI slot, the slot you have it in may be set to share resources with other devices.
