Well, if you are going to be shot, it might as well be by this guy, seeing as he can't kill a person with seven damn shots.

probably a .22LR handgun, might be a 7 shot revolver since he shot two different people exactly 7 times without actually killing anyone.

the hell kind of "sniper" shoots 5 people and doesn't kill a single one.

The kind that is probably walking up to people and shooting with a small revolver and isn't actually a sniper.

Heh, thats only about an hour or two from me.

We had some moron with a rifle blowing out car windows on the highway a month or so back. The police slowed everyone down to a crawl for some reason. Guess they felt the guy needed easier targets or something.

Well apparently the police are looking for cars, so the shootings were probably done from some range in/near a parked car. Not sure if it was a handgun, though, I'm betting it's a weak lil' semi-auto .22 with 10 shots or so. The guy probably misses a bunch.

In my mind, police looking for something in specific doesn't convince me either way that they're after the right thing. Remember when they were looking for big white box trucks going after the real sniping assholes in VA?

I think the fact that they are looking for vehicles in general insinuates that the shootings did not occur at close proximity from a person on foot. Having 5 living witnesses to describe it helps too.

I live along the shore in CT in West Haven, and this is only like 15 mins from me. Scary part is a guy I work with visits his family in new haven and was telling me on monday how he witnessed a guy getting shot, I thought nothing of it untill I read this.

Oh well atleast the guy can't aim.
