very true...like when he corrected the reporter who accidently called him Mr. Bush instead of Mr. President (come...on)...and when he used the womans dress on letterman to clean his glasses.
 
I'm sorry, but until he can pronounce 'nuclear' correctly, that theory holds no water for me. He cannot improvise, is all that tells me.
