Ok, in my 90 blazer i have two 12" subs, two 3.5" speakers in the dash, a deck, and a weak ass 250 watt 2 channel amp that came with the truck. recently, i bought some more stuff for it, so now here's what i have:

Two 12" MTX Blue Thunder Subwoofers in a box
A 2400 watt Legacy 2 channel amp
Four 6x9" speakers, two of which are in boxes, and the other two of which will go in the doors
3.5" speakers

Neither of those subs will ever come close enough to pushing the wattage of the amp... so what I'm wanting to do is by some sort of thing, think of a splitter, to add a couple extra channels to that amp, in a sense.

What would I need to do for this?

basically I want to be able to spread out the 2400 watts(since there is plenty of power there for everything). what do i need to do this? i'd use the deck to power the 3.5" speakers, and the 2400watt amp to power the 12"s, and 4 6x9"s. how, tw?

your deck will power your 3.5s....you need how many channels for the subs? and how many for 4 6x9's....

deck powers the 3.5"s, two channels for subs, 4 for the 6x9"s.... so im thinking that right there is perfect... and cheap ;-)

i dont think you really have any comprehension of what you're doing, and why what you're trying to do would be retarded. Take it to an audio shop with a clue.

I agree with these guys. Go to an audio shop and ask them what to get. Even if you don't buy from them, they can tell you everything.

Get a subs that can handle the power your amp puts out. You'll also want to get some tweeters and 6.5" speakers. After that, you should be pretty loud...
