Which program is worthwhile to convert a bunch of quicktimes to a VCD friendly format? Gonna burn some TV clips to a pair of discs for a friend to watch who doesn't own a VCR anymore either.
 
I don't have an answer on hand, but I'll just paperclip my request onto yours...

I need a good program for adding audio to video. I say, "good" and I mean it. I could google this shit, but then I'd end up with magic n00b movie editor theatre.
 
best program for generaly converting movies would be adobe premiere. best video editing program, for the pc, out there. and before any smart ass hops in, avid sux without out the hardware system setup for it and final cut only works on the mac (and I still think it sux).

best program to add in audio to a movie file would be premiere or after effects. after effects if you really wanna fuck with the audio. if you are just going to lay down audio tracks then premiere is a good way to go.
