No, because if there was an option for "none of the above" then no one would win. If you dont vote someone will still win.
 
Someone would win even if there was a none of the above. Prizes would still be awarded to people who took the time to enter, even if it wasn't the best thread we've ever had.

but what if "none of the above" got #1? Then it would seem that the majority of the vote declared that none of the submissions were worth spit. Then none of the entrants should get prizes.
 
If you want to run a PS contest where none of the above would count and people wouldn't get prizes as a result, have at it.
 
For every PS contest I've run, there has been one that I haven't run. If you start a quality PS thread, you get to pick the top 10.

Don't bitch at me because you're lazy.
