not sure if you are being sarcastic or not, but if a white family with 2 kids, and an income of $7/hr cannot get government assistance because the income is too high, and a black family with one kid and an income of $11/hr can get ALOT of government assistance, something is wrong. this happened to a buddy of mine about 6 years ago, im sure its not changed much.
