Immortal Recycle Bin...

What could possibly cause an attempt to empty my Windows Recycle Bin to come up with the error "Cannot delete Dd2.: file is in use." ??

First of all, the file name "Dd2" is not visible in the recycle bin. Secondly, how can a file in the recycle bin be in use?

I suspect a virus but I thought I would ask the TW experts.

 I had this problem in the past, but only with Win98/ME, that's when I started setting delete to skip the Recycling Bin and just delete it.
