I've seen tons of threads and posts... How are YOU doing, now?
I've made 'im quitting smoking' threads before and never went thru wif it ('cept one time.. where i quit for like six months)

Anywho, day six :D
S'been a lot easier than the first time I quit...
Though, i'm somewhat more tense.. easily annoyed ..

Are YOU Guys using the gum, or patch or wahtever?
Doesn't that just prolonge yer bordem and misery?
 
The last time I got this far herb was such a sweetheart and gave me tons of ciggs :(
i couldn't stop smoking them.. :( I felt like such a dick afterwards.. :\ but he was like "it's completely kewl" .. still ..

im curious to hear about other peoples struggles..
everyone seems to get different symptons...
My chest tightens up and it's a bit hard to rbeath.. my tongue also kinda aches..

One of my friends can't shit or piss regularly.. :\ poor guy..

I thought i was free and clear a few months down the road...
No cravings.. I wasn't even thinking about it..
then bam.. horrible craving.. :| out of NO WHERE>. for DAYS...
i thught it was caffiene addiction going wrong.. so i drank lots of coffee and shit but no.. :\
i had to haf a cigg
 
i used the gum, and i think without it I would have caved.

i was VERY irratable and the gum leveled me off without smoking.

ps: i quit 3 years ago
 
im trying to quit

i just dont go into gas stations

because if i do, ill be like yah just the soft drink..... ah what the hell throw in some marlboro lights
 
I quit for 6 years and recently got a big head and though I could just have one... now I am up to a half pack a day and fucking regretting it. I guess I have to quit again /sigh
 
that 'just have one' thing is really rofl..
i know how it feels :)

Truth is ciggs are awesome.. SMoking is probably one of the most fun things ever...
it's like drinking a good beer... or an expensive wine... every 20-30 mins ...

I've used the gum before.. and yes, it does work pretty good :eek: I just felt that I could do it without (Mainly because i spent all my money on candy) ...

ever smoke pot and chew the gum? Mmm... heart-race city... :eek: espically if you CHEW chew it instead of bite bite stop
