Credit Debt Help

I've been battling with credit card debt for a few years now. While Im not totally buried under it, it definitely is enough to stress me out. I have been looking at these companies/groups that you sign up with , and they negotiate lower interest rates, and you send one monthly payment to them, and they disburse it to your credit cards.

I dont really know anything about these companies, and wondered if any of you have dealt with them..and would recommend one over another. I think most of them are free services, but I think some you have to pay for as well. I dont know if theres a difference in quality between the two. Any information is appreciated Thanks.

I went to CCCS about 10 years ago. Was a huge help. I did pay like a $5 fee every month to them. I would imagine they are all about the same.
