boost ratings. get people talking/listening. create buzz

america is a pussy country when it comes to nudity. only country where you can watch people be beaten, maimed, killed, thrashed, annihilated, etc in graphic detail but a woman's breasts???? OMG NOWAY!!! NOT ON MY TV!!

yeah thats what it was..it was a play to push nudity on tv....next month...a full on porn invasion of tv..the porn industry has been working on this for years.....









or maybe janet wants to sell albums..hmm...could go either way.
