when i was at boarding school i found this program that sent all packets for file sharing etc through http port 80 to the proggys server, then gets the data for you and sends it back, so you can get around all the blockage
it costs like 5 bux/month

what i did @ schol was tracert the original website and then type in its IP address in the browser and almost every time it would work. -- i got on tw this way

they put that there for a reason.

tunnelling over say port 80 or 21 may work, but if they're using any sort of packet inspection you'll prolly get tagged.
