Windows won't allow me to disable Autoplay on either of my CD-ROMS

I've tried going to My Computer > right-click CD-ROM > Properties > Autoplay Tab > and telling it to take no action, but when I click the "Take No Action" icon (rec circle with a cross through it) nothing happens to signal I have changed any settings, and when I insert a test CD, it still autoplays regardless of whether it's a music, game, random data cd.

I have a Creative Audigy 2. Stoner, in IRC, mentioned something about "Disk Detector," but I don't know where to go to disable this option, or even see if I have it.
