Encrypting MSN Instant Messages

Anyone know of a freeware program that does this? I have found
TSM (Top Secret Messenger) - a plugin for MSN that encrypts but
it isn't free. http://www.encrsoft.com/products/tsm.html

I've also looked at GAIM, which will let you connect to the MSN
network, however I can't figure out how to compile the encryption
plugin for that on my windows box.

Any other ideas?

IF you WANTED to you could do some creative stuff with PGP.

yes, but you don't have to pay necesarily

all your contacts will have to be running trillian pro in order for secureim to work
