Technically it's like Sunday at 3AM, so Saturday night.

Clock changes are always done on Saturday night.
That way you get to adjust on Sunday.
The sun will be shinning when you leave for work, and you get an extra hour to sleep in. But you'll drive home in the dark, and it will be dark for Haloween.
