Ok...what provides for a better picture...using...

S-Video wires
or
Component Video wires

Using a regular TV (but within the next year or two may get a Plasma)
Used almost entirely for DVD and DirecTV. (NOT HD-TV)

The manual for mine said use the compnent cables, but if you had an S-video cable use it as well.

I thought it was stupid, but I can sorta tell the difference.

you can't use both. it's one or the other.

You can use both if the TV and the system has hookups for both. IT won't matter.

no, you're not understanding me.

you can't use both.

regardless of whether your tv has hookups for both.

it'll only take input from ONE of them at once.
