Printer Ink Color Problem

I just got a new black cartridge this week for my HP Deskjet 895Cse, and while the black prints fine, my color is only coming out in shades of red. It's not faded at all, but in fact a strong red. The color cartridge is fairly new, but I have yet to see a blue, yellow, green, etc. from it. Is there anything that I can do to fix this? I've tried running the 'Clean Print Cartridges' test, but that didn't fix it. Thanks!

try the cleaning process that your inkjet software probably has in the printer properties.

if that doesn't work, wipe the inkhead yourself with tissue and a bit of rubbing alcohol or something.

sounds like the ink nozzle is clogged.

I tried both, and I'm still only getting 'red' as color. Any other suggestions?
