Anyone know of a common remedy for rashes on/around your balls/groin area?

I've tried putting lotion but it doesn't seem to work. Any tips on what I can try?

It's not really killing me or anything, but it's mighty annoying.
 
It's called Jock Itch, and there's creams and shit you can get for it.
Check your local pharmacy.

Did you get the rash after running/jogging? I usd get that sometimes after I've been playing Soccer all day cause my upper legs rub together so much, now I wear long cotton shorts under my Soccer shorts problem fixed.
 
When I was in boarding school they sprayed Lysol on jock-itch..burned like a motherfucker but was gone in 12 hours
