I would of actually liked to see Van Damme fight Zito in a "real" fight. Basically what happened at Scores (Famous NY Strip Club) was that Zito thought Van Damme was saying shit about him.

He goes up to Van Damme, gets in his face and says "You want to meet me outside", so Van Damme takes off his glasses and goes to follow Zito outside. Zito turns around and sucker punches Van Damme in the face.

I dunno.. I think Van Damme might kick Zitos ass if it went outside.
