tips on how to gain weight?

not a parody thread, im dead serious

i weigh 150 and i need to get at least to 170 by lacrosse season next spring. i have relatively fast metabolism so telling me to "eat food" wont help. im not sure what type of pills there are out there but anything that can work, tell me. certain types of foods to eat would help too

Take your daily calorie count, double it. Drink lots of water, get at least 8 hours of sleep a day, and consistent excercize, eat lots of protein (lean meats and fish) and less carbs.

your gonna need at lease 4000 calories a day, 150 grams of protein a day, and all the other shit that is timely planned around your workouts. gaining weight is not a hobby or sport. its gonna take like a year to gain 20lbs, for a hardgainer. oh yea, you have to start eating like 6-7 meals a day.
 
pills DO NOT WORK. google it, you will see how pills and supplements are a huge waste of money. creatine works, but its water/muscle, which dosent seem healthy to me.

this is what u do:

dont excercise
only eat fast food for lunch such as mcdonalds sonic and the such
at night eat pizza or pasta
remeber to pick out. eat chocolate. drink reg coke products not "diet"

watch a lot of tv, watch hours of porn every day. dont have sex with other ppl. jerk off a lot. u ll get hugnry once u came.

and dont fucking bullshit me with the fast metabolism shit... i always thought that i cant gain weight because of that and guess what... i do... you dont eat right and you odnt eat enough... also start hitting the gym...
