uh akuma, lots of people are like that... pretty much all humans i would say.

Yes. A friend of mine Robert, he always starts up a rant about something whenever we're smoking. And 1/2 the times, he doesn't realize it until the joint/blunt has gone out. That's when my countermeasures kick in and I ponder about smashing his fuck with a dumpster.
