I've been doing a lot of research, but I'm only really starting today. I did 15 minutes on an Elliptical machine this morning, and I'm gonna use that machine Monday-Friday (and hopefully increase my stamina pretty fast)

I don't know if I want to run because of the load impact on my joints, I'm a big guy. Elliptical seems to be the best option because its weight bearing, but the joint impact isn't there.

I'm also going to use a Soloflex machine that was given to me 3 days a week.

I'm still researching my dietary stuff. So far I'm just gonna eat a lot of chicken and eggs while I figure out my exact diet plan. Thats the hardest thing for me, figuring out exactly what I need. Once I get a good plan in place for me I think I can make myself stick to it.
