So every company except this DSL one is capped in kingston. :\

what is the download speed for cable internet?

This dsl one has an option for 1meg/sec or 3meg/sec and u/l of 128kilobit/sec and 640kb/sec respectively.

most cable you will find won't be much better (in canada)

is your company rogers, cogeco, shaw, what

well in toronto it was rogers which I liked since it seemed fast enough and not capped. In kingston, cable is cogeco which is capped @ 10 gigs a month :\ Not sure what the d/l speeds for both those companies are. If someone knows the speed for Rogers in Toronto that'd be nice :)
 
Bellsouth DSL - normal dsl is 1.5meg down 256kup

Optimum Online Cable - 10meg down 1meg up. <-- vav
