Protein Supplement Dangerous?

If you are talking about taking Whey Protein to supplement your diet, then absolutely not. It's very safe. Protein is water soluable, so it's like Vitamin C in a sense, and you can't 'overdose' on it. However, it is highly recommended that you drink at least (.5 x your body weight)oz. of water daily. This helps with protein absorption and protein synthesis.

Bottom line: Whey protein is completely safe.
