What do you guys use to animate gifs? PS? Ulead?

if you do use PS, please tell me how, or post a tutorial, or link or something. Thanks
 
There is a free one called simply 'GIF Animator' That works okay if you dont have Image Ready.
 
Okay I got the animation setup down in the animation box, and got the timing right. Now how do I save it as an animated gif? I'm using Imageready.
 
aight here it is, it's pretty small, I was trying to get it under 20k to use it as my sig, but I suck at teh photoshop and don't really know how to optimize it.

if any of you guys wanna give it a shot and optimize it I would be super happy, it's 14 frames, I'll send you the PSD if you want to try.
 
in the right corner of imageready lower the quality on it and try setting the dither lower. you can view it in IE to see the size and how it looks
