A little help from those who know shoutcast server

Is it possible to regulate a shoutcast stream with a username / password ? If so does it support multiple usernames and password.

If you mean have the people connecting to the stream provide a password, then the answer is no. Obviously if you're the one shoutcasting you have to supply the password, but to my knowledge there's no way to set up multiple passwords for that.
