FPS Problem

in sof2 i run a 1.0 amd, gf4 4200 128mb with 41.09 dets. my fps seems to be capped at 60! this is terrible and i have no idea how to fix it. i used to get great fps but for lately its been getting bad and i dont know whats wrong. please help.
 
i don't see the purpose of turning off vsync...unless there's some performance gain from it, which i've heard might actually be the case.

regardless, i leave vsync on. why? well, you can't display frames faster than your monitor can draw them, so why bother?

besides, i have my refresh up at 120 at 1024x768 so....
