gf4 help

i just got a new system... p4 2.2 gig not overclocked or anything. when i installed my gf4 it started to freeze up and i am to the point of tearing it out of the machine and pissing on it. anyone had this problem and have a way to correct it? i couldn't find a chipset update.
 
hard freeze, can't alt-tab or press windows button to get out of the game. freezes up every time i try to join a game actually.

^^ why would you need integrated graphics if you had a gf4? hrm

did you disable the integrated graphics first? I'm assuming your using a pci version of a gf4, since i dont see a agp slot in that list, other than the integrated one.
 
start by yanking out the sound and modem cards (or disable in bios if they are onboard)

I'm guessing that it's an irq conflict, so run with just the gf4 installed
