looking for a recomendation on computer parts

im trying to put together a micro ATX computer.

the key word is BUDGET but it has to be solid

was wondering if any of you had any mobos you were fond of

just needs to be able to browse the internet

and must have a built in sound card, ethernet, usb and serial


any help would be appreciated.
 
You didn't specify Intel or AMD. So should we assume you don't care?

I'm liking the MSI boards. They have a few Micro ATX boards in their line-up.
 
ok....i found a mobo and ram and proc but i need to know how much power this is going to eat.....can i get away with a 180w or do i need a 300
