Help: Photoshop Effect

Okay, I'm trying to do an image like the one below (it's just a representation) with spotlights at the bottom that shine on the logo.

I can do the lighting pretty easily, I think. If someone has a good action/filter, though, let me know.

The main thing I need is an image of a searchlight, or something like that. I haven't found a good one on google yet.

Help?

id go with a white omni for the end point (in a circle selection) plus another lighter white/yellow omni in the beam, selection of course
