dammit i consider someone leaving a cell phone on during class/meeting/church/important gathering so that it rings in the middle of it to be one of the biggest insults as well as a direct indicator to a person's responsibility (or lack thereof) and intelligence/ common(not so much nowadays) sense.
 
this faggot in my first block got a call around 9:30 in the morning today.

the teacher said "i'll need that cell phone now" and he answers "it's not for you HEH HEH HEH"

then has to go to the principles office because he was trying to be cool.
