I remember someone posting a # to call to get a new one.
Does anyone still have that # around?

My mouse has gotten so bad that right now while in a pub, it went crazy and switched the pub into tourney mode =/

This is my 2nd one btw and I'm on win98 now since 2K and XP were much much worse. Has anyone ever had a prob with the MS Optical mouse similar to this?

the serial number is worn off on mine. ive had it forever. you can see the dirt marks on the mouse from where my hand was

s/n is on the bottom (just below the bar code)
I got a new mouse the same way. . and invar is

I don't know what i'll get. I'm thinking the latest or at least a new replacement.

My rep told me they were on back order, that ****ing tool.

My rep told me they were on back order, that ****ing tool. yes, mine told me that too. what did you used to have? they'll replace it with whatever you used to have. if you had one of the old style small ergo MS Intellimouse w/Intellieye mice, then they don't have those anymore and will probably replace it with an Intellimouse Optical.

You'll get it in about 1-2 weeks tops. you should have received email about the status of your order.
