I lean towards photoshop

For one, if you consider the damage to the car, it would have had to have hit it pretty hard, wouldn't the boat move? Why would it just stand still?

If nothing else she couldn't have driven it into there, cuz the door is open and the only way out was into the water (unless she was nimble enough to climb out on the hood or over the trunk, all without interrupting the balance)

there's also no skid marks behind the car

you also have to assume the car was going fast enough to hit the boat at almost the same level as the pier, which would have damaged the boat a lot more.
