So tonite I'm making sandwiches... I want to use french bread and steak, onions, and mushrooms. any tips on what seasonings/herbs to use when sauteing the mushrooms and onions?
saute the onions in a little olive oil(you could try some flavored olive oil but its not necessary )
mushrooms just saute them in butter.
No real seasonings/herbs needed . just butter and Mushrooms by itself are golden. If you are cooking for a woman the smell of that alone should get the pantys to drop.
