Shadowbane - Free 10 day trial, dl issues

Shadowbane has a free 10 day trial going on right now. I've never played the game, but I feel compelled to download it and give it a shot. However, the Gigex download appears to be broken as does the functionality to allow new users to post or reply on the UBI forums.

Does anyone know of any alternate links, mirrors for the free trial download, or should I take this clusterf@%# as a sign that the game isn't worth playing?
