i watching and reading stuff on ETM (enter the matrix) today and i saw something that i think would be genious to include into T:V. to spare fps, what they do is make their models with a varying amount of detail so when ur far away the poly count is low and as u get closer it increases seamlesly. i have never really heard of/ thought of this although i dont doubt that this is common practice in game development. anyway if it hasnt been considered please do it could be a god send for lower end computers.

It's called level of detail, and it's part of the interriors design in tribes2.
Nothing new.

rofl, this is REALLY old stuff.
I think they should have a thing where the movements of your mouse correspond to the direction in which your character is looking. I think it was called mouselook. You should consider putting this in T:V.
wow this one really is OFN by about 5 years...
