[T3] InGame HUD/Interface

During the past year or so we've seen a lot of interface/HUD tweaking and changing for both T1 and T2. For T3, they should learn from other games like UT2k3 and Shadowbane.

Make the HUDs fully customizable. WHen I say fully I mean:

Transparency
Size
Color/Size/Style of Text
Color Scheme
etc
etc


One of my biggest gripes about the HUD/Interface in both Tribes and Tribes 2 is that it is linked to resolution. So if I wanted to play in 1024x768, I'd have to deal with big, fat, bulky HUDs. If i wanted them to be smaller I'd have to raise my resolution.

This is not the case in UT2k3. No matter what resolution you change it to, the HUDs stay the same size, and are configurable as far as their size and location are concerned.

It should have the same kind of HUD customization as all other unreal based games I believe.

I prefer clean and space efficent huds to graphically shiney ones. Like Tribes 2 had a lot gradiants with fat borders that you couldn't see though very well. After I installed exogen everything was rockin.

And I know exactally what you mean about res changes -- god that'd piss me off all the time.

Although only slightly related, 3-key voice binds like T1 are very important. No more of this T2 4-key bind bull****.
