Jan. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Jean-Marie Messier and Edgar Bronfman Jr. must pay fines instead of going to jail for criminal charges related to Vivendi SAs near-bankruptcy after a $77 billion acquisition spree while they led the company.

An infant suffered a seizure by playing Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly (2002).

On behalf of her child, the woman is seeking damages "for such fair and reasonable amount as may be awarded by a jury of his peers," along with whatever other relief the court may deem just and proper. Earlier this week, Sony requested that the woman specify the total amount of damages she's seeking.

Publisher Vivendi Games (big fu from the Tribes community) has announced that it is planning to release a version of successful movie licensed title ScarFace: The World Is Yours for Nintendo's Wii console this summer.
