"When browser-based gaming destination first announced GarageGames' Fallen Empires: Legions, people immediately started calling it a browser-based Tribes. InstantAction would rather we call it the spiritual successor, especially now that they've got an official web-based version of Tribes on the way. The new web-based version of Tribes will feature enhanced graphics, thanks to InstantAction's powerful browser-based gaming tools, along with better modding options.

Visitors to the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco next week will be able to get their hands on a playable version of Tribes, while learning how InstantAction managed to deliver an updated version of the game in web browser format.

"Today Jack Thompson amended one of his many suits, adding Gawker Media and Kotaku to the list of judges and the Florida Bar he is seeking injunctive relief from.

The amended suit was initially filed on March 13th against the Florida bar. On April 11 he added the members of the Florida Supreme Court. And today he added Gawker. Brian Crecente"

Err, Blackballs. So a rumor is going around that Sony will be unveiling the Playstation Home project at GDC. Playstation Home is reportedly the official Sony online service combining a mii concept, Live achievements, myspace and quite possibly the flying car. Sony tends to set its bar quite high. However, after attempting to confirm or bust the rumor Kotaku received a rather interesting acknowledgment from Sony.
